Roger - Slang

Slang, usually used in radio transmissions such as military/hams communications, meaning "I understand" or "I hear you." Synonymous with "I copy that." Often just "Roger" ..Affirmative in nature, "yes", "i acknowledge what you are saying", "i heard you", "i agree", "yes this is true", "you are right"..In this case is alright but what the problem here is placement this slang while conversation (QSO)..i sincerely heard hams member say "Romeo" stand for "R" equal to "Roger"..this thing really make me confius..i think not me but to other members also..try to think back what is the necessary words while QSO..among of us, for sure know what the SOP for QSO..then really hope after this nobody make simply to broke up protocol/SOP on amateur radio standard QSO..
