73 Best regards

these are most number code are use during conversations..people will use it in all modes..what the most important here are how to pronounce it..example, it is 73 (seventy three) or 7 3 (seven three) ??
nowadays, u still can hear on the air while conversations, one of the hams sign-off, people still say 73 (seventy three), this is not correct..suppose to be say 7 3 (seven three)..it's was same cases with RST (Readibily, Signal Strength & Tone)..in SSB mode, only RS will be use..if the audio & signal copy very good..the 59 is given..but how to say 59?? it is 59 (fifty nine) or 5 9 (five nine) or 5 by 9 or 5 & 9..??
all above there can be use except 59 (fifty nine)..should be not to say in one word..say in a separate words..that can be easy & frankly speaking..
