Have put one more equipment for the Audio Chain set up..which is a DSP2024p, this 'toy' functioning to visualizer all the audio coming to make the audio more natural & fidelity..Have a lot of functions inside to be adjust but it's was very user friendly..still do some adjustment on this toy to make sure audio come out more pleasant..hope to get the audio result from all out you outside there..hi hi

Using the same interface for Power SDR, right now i have a very good audio recording using Line Out Jack at back of TS2K..instead using speaker out jack, the audio come with some noise & sometimes distortion..using Line Out jack quality recording audio more nice & readable very fine..below are some record audio & you can feel the audio so soft..hi hi

Simple Interface - homebrew

Above shown PowerSDR connected with TS-2000 transceiver, only use simple interface (CAT Cable), this software can be use..Everything can be control using this software like change Freq, Mode, Vol etc...Easy to find any freq engage/use by somebody..Just pan the screen left or right..PowerSDR also can use to record RX audio by push button 'Rec'..This software very friendly to use..Latest software is PowerSDR-IF Stage v1.19.3.5..You can try at you own transceiver, just using simple CAT Cable..Very easy..Good luck & all the best..

SP-21 - Mod

Done!! now acting like expensive speaker

Done some modification for this kind of standard Icom SP-21 speaker which is bought a several days ago..This mod very easy to do..hi hi..Steps as follow :

1) Remove 14 nos. of screws

2) Slowly open a cover, factory use gum for speaker cover

3) Remove 5 nos. of screw at cover speaker

4) Slowly remove a sponge - inside cover

5) Use 1/4mm drill to make hole - mine make 8 nos. of hole

6) Reinstall all cover as per normal

Frankly to say, now the speaker acting like expensive speaker & no more audio like 'Tong Kosong'..hi hi..Now the audio come out more pleasant & nice to hear..Good luck & all the best..

Thanks a lot to all stations outside there, either local or DX..for the nice audio report for my little set up..Even sometime have a DX station said, this audio not suitable for DX, it's more suitable for 'rechewing'..hi hi..nevermind, at least my intention is to make the audio more pleasant & fidelity were in-hand..hehe..anyway, below are some compliment during worked DX with ESSB..

Figure above shown latest configuration setting for ESSB at my shack..Recently, i use two (2) type of microphones to make the audio out fine because both of mic have different polar pattern frequency respond & performance also vary..Shure SM58 Beta are Supercardiode pattern & AT2035 with Flat respond..So, different mic with different performance..Hope with this little effort the audio out quality is fine & easy to read..hi hi

P/S : Hope other stations outside there can help me to record my audio & email it to me..

ESSB - 20m Band

Very high noise level at PB5X QTH

After 'Dry-run' my new 'toy' about a week, what i found even this transceiver have the production since Jan. 2001 but it's still reliable to use until now..Bought at Blazer, Singapore which is can say reasonable price for this type of transceiver..really make satisfied me so far..Above are audio records by Roberto (PB5X), really appreciated with your afford to record my audio & send it to me via email..By this time he told me QRM/N at his QTH very high but he said 'I try'..You can heard the noise level are very high but how the ESSB penetrate the Noise..hi hi..Thanks a lot my friends..
